Fully equipped kitchen including coffee machine. You'll even be able to bake a cake.

A light and sunny combined lounge and dining. Complete with dining room table and chairs. Relax on the couch to view the incredible sunsets.

Linen supplied

All bedding and towels supplied, you'll be responsible for keeping it clean. There is a laundry with washing machine and dryer.  Take advantage of the Wellington wind to dry those towels and sheets. It'll dry them soft and crinkle free.

Special Conditions

CLEANING: You'll be responsible for keeping the house clean and returning it to the same condition as when you moved in.

FURNITURE: No personal furniture or household items are to be moved into the home unless discussed with the owner prior to leasing. If you need anything talk to the owners they may be able to help.

ELECTRICITY: You'll be responsible for your own electricity connection and payments, or power can be included in the weekly rent (fare use policy applies)

FOOD: No food or condiments are supplied. There is a local dairy/superrette 5 minutes walk down the hill. A larger supermarket is a 5 minutes drive away. The local village has a couple of cafes, takeaways and restaurants. You won't go hungry here.

NO SMOKING: No smoking inside and out on decks.

PAYMENT: 4 Weeks Bond required and 1 weeks rent in advance. NO LETTING FEES
